I redesigned the D&D 5E Character Sheet as a personal exercise in layout and information organization. I wanted to create a character sheet that was easier for me to use, making it more visual, with more hierarchy and a place to feature character art. It is made with artists in mind and those who want to show more character art and equipment, or would prefer more visuals.
The front page features most of the information a player would need on hand for a session, but I also included pages for things like equipment, inventory, back story, character traits and class paths. In total, I designed 5 main pages for generic character creation (not specific to certain classes and magic users).
In addition, here are some character designs / illustrations that I did for various clients that were meant to be used on this character sheet.
